      中國(guó)實(shí)施鐵路電氣化的節(jié)能減排量估算

      Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Estimations of Electrified Railways in China

      摘要: 基于中國(guó)鐵路部門(mén)逐年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算了1975—2007年中國(guó)電氣化鐵路帶來(lái)的逐年節(jié)能量和CO2、煙塵、SO2、CO、NOX與CnHm的直接減排量,并分析了其變化特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明,33年來(lái)電氣化鐵路使得中國(guó)鐵路運(yùn)輸行業(yè)年均節(jié)省 123.0萬(wàn)t標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤的能源消耗,節(jié)能量年均增長(zhǎng)13.9萬(wàn)t標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤;CO2、煙塵、SO2、CO、NOX和CnHm年均直接減排量分別為426.7萬(wàn)t、2.05萬(wàn)t、0.30萬(wàn)t、0.96萬(wàn)t、6.79萬(wàn)t和0.69萬(wàn)t,直接減排量年均分別增長(zhǎng)48.3萬(wàn)t、0.23萬(wàn)t、0.034萬(wàn)t、0.11萬(wàn)t、0.77萬(wàn)t和0.078萬(wàn)t。電氣化鐵路為減少中國(guó)鐵路行業(yè)的能源消耗、溫室氣體和大氣污染物的直接排放發(fā)揮了重要作用。

      Abstract: Based on the annual production data collected by Statistic Center of Chinese Railway Ministry, we calculated the energy saving, and the direct emission reductions of CO2, soot, SO2, CO, NOX and CnHm of electrified railways, and analyzed their dynamic characteristics during 1975-2007. The results show that during the past 33 years, the annual mean values of energy saving and the direct reductions of CO2, soot, SO2, CO, NOX and CnHm emissions were 1.230 Mt ce (coal equivalent), 4.267 Mt, 20.5 kt, 3.0 kt, 9.6 kt, 67.9 kt and 6.9 kt, respectively. The average growth rates of energy saving and direct reductions of CO2, soot, SO2, CO, NOX and CnHm emissions were 139 kt ce, 483 kt, 2.3 kt, 0.34 kt, 1.1 kt, 7.7 kt and 0.78 kt per year, respectively. The electrified railways played an important role in decreasing the energy consumption and air pollutants emissions of Chinese railway system in the past 33 years. The study results could provide some reference knowledge for future reduction of energy consumption and waste gases emission in Chinese railway transportation.
