      適合釘螺、血吸蟲(chóng)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的氣候條件變化

      A Change of Climate Conditions for Growth of Oncomelania and Schistosome

      摘要: 根據(jù)有關(guān)研究成果,分別取日平均氣溫5.87℃和15.17℃為釘螺和日本血吸蟲(chóng)生長(zhǎng)的下限溫度,取3846.28 d·℃和842.95 d·℃為其有效積溫指標(biāo)。以1986年為分界點(diǎn),利用1950-2003年氣象臺(tái)站日平均氣溫資料,計(jì)算了80%保證率下,5 d滑動(dòng)平均氣溫穩(wěn)定通過(guò)5.87℃和15.17℃的起始日和結(jié)束日以及歷年有效積溫,借助ArcGIS8.3模塊分析了釘螺和血吸蟲(chóng)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育季節(jié)氣候條件的變化。結(jié)果表明:氣候變化使大部分地區(qū)釘螺和血吸蟲(chóng)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育季節(jié)延長(zhǎng),生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育速度加快。氣候變化可能使釘螺感染季節(jié)延長(zhǎng),感染率增高。

      Abstract: According to related studies, mean daily temperatures of 5.87℃ and 15.17℃, and effective accumulated temperatures of 3846.28 d·℃ and 842.95 d·℃ were taken in this paper as the low limit temperature index and effective accumulated temperature index for growth of Oncomelania (snail) and Schistosome, respectively. Considering 1986 a division and using daily mean temperature data during 1950-2003, the changes of start and end days when five-day moving average temperature steadily passed 5.87 ℃ and 15.17℃ under the 80 percent guaranty rate, and the effective accumulated temperatures for the growth of Oncomelania and Schistosome were computed year by year for each of 220 meteorological stations in the region of 18°-41°N, 99°-124°E, respectively. The variations of their growing period and effective accumulated temperature before and after 1986 were analyzed by means of ArcGIS8.3. The results suggest that the climate change in 1950-2003 has possibly increased the density of snail and prolonged the schistosomiasis infection period.
