摘要： 評(píng)述了中國(guó)全國(guó)及區(qū)域水平交通領(lǐng)域CO₂排放研究的不足和困難，提出了道路運(yùn)輸、鐵路運(yùn)輸燃油消費(fèi)量的估算方法、參數(shù)及區(qū)域分配方法，并根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)研究和公開資料進(jìn)行校對(duì)，采用中國(guó)交通領(lǐng)域CO₂排放因子，計(jì)算中國(guó)2007年全國(guó)和各省道路運(yùn)輸、鐵路運(yùn)輸、航空運(yùn)輸和水路運(yùn)輸?shù)腃O₂排放。中國(guó)2007年交通領(lǐng)域CO₂排放量為4.36億t，占2007年全國(guó)能源利用CO₂排放的7%，低于2007年全球交通部門23%的排放比例。中國(guó)道路運(yùn)輸CO₂排放占交通領(lǐng)域絕對(duì)主體，為86.32%。

Abstract: Based on the review of research on China transport CO₂ emissions at national and regional level, the obstacles and shortcomings were identified. We proposed the methods and related parameters to tackle this problem. Using China emission factors and our methods, CO₂ emissions in road, rail, aviation and navigation sectors at national and regional level in 2007 were calculated. The results show that China transport CO₂ emission in 2007 was 436 Mt, accounting for 7% of the total fuel combustion emission, which is lower than that of global level of 23%. The road transport is the dominant emission source with shares of 86.32% in total transport emission.
